Responsibilities

  • Manage a large sales pipeline:  position will be responsible for following up proactively with potential clients, scheduling demos, anticipating needs and escalation when necessary and actively communicating with Sales Team on updates. 
  • Assessing each new opportunity based on needs and allocating leads to appropriate Sales Partner.  This will require gaining an understanding of the recruiting, staffing and vendor management market in order to differentiate who to hand out leads to.
  • Create and Manage existing sales materials: position will be creating sales decks from scratch at times and updating existing sales decks as necessary. Driving and managing online sales demos in partnership with Sales Team or independently will be a key component to this role, so being comfortable with software tools and understanding Renhead software is extremely important.
  • Managing lead lists, running email and social media campaigns and inputting new lists from conferences and other resource
  • Research new lead gen tools on the market and collaborate with sales team to suggest ideas for overall improvements ongoing.
  • Represent Renhead as the first touch-point with new leads, qualify leads through initial conversations and pre-identified criteria.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure Sales is equipped with all materials necessary to be successful and new client transitions are smooth
  • Administration: creating sales meeting agendas, calendars, notes and follow-up items; manage conference calendars, conference materials and booking travel; being open to handling various other administrative tasks as they come up.
  • Professional communication with potential clients

Skills Required

  • Microsoft: Word & Powerpoint
  • Google: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Hangouts
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Presentation Technology such as Prezi and Canva
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude and hard working
  • Organizational Skills is a must-have!
  • Team Player – great attitude, not afraid to jump in and try new things, giving direct but respectful feedback and ability to receive the same.
  • Ideally we’d like to consider candidates who have experience in large-volume lead-gen with another software company and preferably an understanding of the recruiting and workforce management industry, although this is not mandatory

Basic Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 or more years of successful inside sales experience along with a strong history of customer support. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must.
